A - Delivery and Return Information (Excerpt from Terms and Conditions)

1 - Where can I have my order delivered?
You can receive your order at your home or professional address, except for P.O. boxes, cafés, restaurants, and hotels.

2 - In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to all European Union countries (excluding overseas territories & Norvege) and Monaco.. For other destinations, please contact us.

3 - In which countries is delivery free?
Delivery is free in France only

4 – You have 14 days to change your mind, with return costs remaining at your expense

In the event of a delivery error attributable to SABANAH, of a non-conforming Product, or of a defect covered by the warranty, the return costs will be borne by SABANAH.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the Product are the responsibility of the Client, in accordance with Articles L221-23 and L221-24 of the French Consumer Code. Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and clean.

Sabanah will not be able to refund any duties or taxes paid on returned products. Depending on the country, duties and taxes related to returned products may be recovered by contacting the customs office directly.

You must first submit your return request for the Product by email to flajolet.noel@sabanah.com or by phone at +33 (0)1.47.16.16.17. You will receive a return authorization along with the return procedure.

In all cases, the Product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. If applicable, it must be accompanied by all accessories and manuals. Any Product returned used, incomplete (notably in case of missing accessories), damaged, deteriorated, or soiled will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Please note that Sabanah cannot refund duties and taxes on returned products. Depending on the country, you may reclaim these by contacting your local customs office.

5 - How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your purchase, without undue delay and within 15 days. Please note that credit card refunds depend on your card-issuing bank.
