SABANAH products are either available in stock or made-to-order depending on the models.
Delivery times may vary based on:
the level of customisation,
stock availability,
or artisanal production requirements.
If a specific extended lead time applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or during the order confirmation.
Delivery times apply from the date of payment, unless stated otherwise:
France & European Union: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days
These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, the time of year, or made-to-order production lead times.
SABANAH ships to:
Metropolitan France,
the entire European Union (excluding overseas territories and Norway),
Monaco.
For any other international destination, please contact us for a shipping quotation.
We cannot deliver to:
P.O. boxes,
hotels,
cafés, restaurants.
Shipping is free for all orders delivered within Metropolitan France.
Shipping fees for all other destinations are calculated automatically at checkout.
Upon delivery, the Customer must:
check the condition of the parcel(s),
verify the conformity of the items,
and write any reservations directly on the carrier’s delivery slip.
If a parcel appears damaged, the Customer must:
open it in the presence of the delivery driver,
refuse the delivery if the product is damaged,
notify SABANAH within 24 hours, with photos, at flajolet.noel@sabanah.com.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision.
Direct return costs are borne by the Customer.
In the event of a delivery error, non-conformity or defect covered under warranty, return shipping costs are covered by SABANAH.
Please note: customs duties and import taxes are never refundable.
In some countries, the Customer may contact local customs directly to request reimbursement.
Before returning any item, the Customer must contact SABANAH:

An official Return Authorisation and the return instructions will then be provided.
Items returned without prior agreement cannot be accepted.
Returned items must be:
in perfect condition,
in their original undamaged packaging,
clean and unused,
complete (including all accessories and manuals).
Any item that is:
used,
incomplete,
damaged,
dirty,
or returned with a damaged box,
will be rejected and may be reshipped to the Customer at their own expense.
Bulky returns (wooden pieces, Inuit mattresses, Le Couture sofas, etc.) may generate significant shipping costs.
Customers are advised to verify estimated return costs beforehand.
Once the item is received and inspected, SABANAH will issue a refund:
using the same payment method as the original transaction,
without undue delay, and within 14 days,
subject to the banking institution’s processing times.
To maintain high-quality service, SABANAH reserves the right to refuse future orders from a Customer exhibiting abnormal or repeated return patterns.
